What if we need to cancel?
CANCELATION POLICY
Cancellation 30 days prior to scheduled rental with receive full refund of deposit. All cancellations less than 30 days prior to scheduled rental will not be eligible for a refund.
What if there is bad weather?
WEATHER POLICY
Weather conditions that qualify for deposit refund
- Bay News 9 Doppler Radar indicates 80% chance of rain or small craft advisory
- Heavy 3 hour or more storms (short rain showers do not qualify for refunds)
How old do you have to be to rent/drive the boat?
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
The boat may only be driven by the designated driver(s) as indicated on the signed contract. All drivers must be 30 years of age or older with valid drivers license.

What types of boats do you offer?

Do I need a boating license?
In Florida, a boating license is required for operators born on or after January 1, 1988. If you don’t have one, we can help you with the process! -
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change! Cancellations made 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Please check our policy for more details. -
Are there any age restrictions?
You must be at least 18 years old to rent a boat. However, younger guests can enjoy the ride with a licensed adult. -
What should I bring on the boat?
We recommend bringing sunscreen, snacks, drinks, and any personal items you may need for a fun day on the water. Don’t forget your camera!
